Attorney Kimberly A. Loughman is a graduate from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. Guided by ideals of increasing accessibility to the courts for all and advocating for those unsure of how to advocate for themselves, Kim focused her studies on criminal procedure and constitutional law. She also spent several semesters simulating various arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations. Those same ideals - along with an insatiable penchant for learning - led her into the throes of personal injury litigation with Woomer & Talarico.
Kim completed her undergraduate studies at Washington & Jefferson College, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in History. She participated in pre-legal society and earned memberships to Phi Theta Kappa, the International College Honor Society, and Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society. Fresh out of school, Kim worked as administrative support for several companies across a variety of industries, including health care, robotics, and IT consulting. The law continued to call to her, and after testing the waters with paralegal courses, Kim finally started her journey into the legal realm.
Outside of the office, Kim enjoys baking or curling up with her rescue cats to play video games or watch horror movies.
